RS-13 ROBOTのQSLカードが本日届きました。ロボットが送信してきたNo
を記載してカードを送ったところ、その番号を証明した（手書きで記入
された）カードが送られてきました。QTH は COSMIC SPACE と書かれて
います。

しっかりと発送してくれて喜んでいます。
また、同封されていたRK3KPKの手紙の中に次のようなフレーズがありま
した。

 Now the active command station of RS-10/11, 12/13, and RS-15 is 
in Kaluga-city. The chief of this station is Alexander Papkov. 
His e-mail is: plis@kaluga.ru  But now we have problems with 
service of old RS-"birds". As you know there is a new sat in 
space now. It is RS-21 or "Kolibri". Mr. Papkov has info about 
this sat too.
 I was very active via old RS-sats (RS-5,6,7,8,10/11).I worked 
from the centre of Moscow...(中略)...But some years ago our 
command centre was QRT and I changed my job....

打ち上げからかなり長い時間が経過したRS-12/13, RS-15等のコントロー
ル（サービス）は難しくなっているのでしょうか？振り返ってみると
RS-10/11は1998年頃からQSOできなくなっていると思います。
