[jamsat-bb:11422] RS-21 Celsius

RS-21 の温度表示について、AMSAT-NA の WF1F/Miles Mann 氏に直接、
問い合わせてみました。数値の持つ信頼性、および 大谷・今石両氏の
ご指摘の摂氏/華氏モードの疑問点はまだ残っていますが、とりあえず
単位については、Celsius (摂氏) である、という答えを得ました。
