[jamsat-bb:4709] KO-23 status and operation plan

韓国で KITSATの管制を行っている Hyungshin Kim が
KO-23の状況について amsat-bbに書いていましたので
紹介します。

衛星の電力不足のため、TX 0 を10月2日に停止しました。
しかし、衛星上のファイルサーバー上のファイルは
保存されています。この電力不足による運用制限は、
食によるもので、予定されていたものです。なぜなら、
KO-23は次第に日陰を飛ぶ時間が長くなりつつあり、
もっとも食が長いときは１周のうち約35分間が日陰になり
ます。そのため、10月13日まで送信機を Offにする
ことにしました。ファイルシステムはそれまで
もつはずです。次回の食の時期は、12月3日前後です。

（訳者注：KO-23には２台の送信機が搭載されており、TX 0と
TX 1と呼んで区別しています）

Transmitter 0 was shutdown on 2.Oct due to the power shortage.
However on board file storage is safe. This was an anticipated event
as KO-23 is now approaching its maximum eclipse period orbit which
has about 35 mins eclipse period. Hence, we decided turn off
the transmitter until 13th Oct. We expect the file system would alive 
by the time. Next maximum eclipse will be around 3.Dec this year.
