WISP32がＵＰＤＡＴＥ されたようです。

Hi Guys,

Chris has asked me to upload an update for the WiSP32 GSC module.  This
update only corrects the problem with year 2000 keps updating.  There may be
an additional update of GSC soon to correct some other items.  The file will
be put on KO-25, UO-22 and is already on the AMSAT ftp site at
ftp://ftp.amsat.org/amsat/software/win32/wisp.  The file will be GSC202.ZIP.
It has also been incorporated in the WiSP3213.EXE file.

As always retain your old GSC until you are satisfied with the update.  It
seems to be working OK here.

また　KO-23　の　運用が再開されたようです。

私のMSPE logs から見ると今年４日から　eff=89% と記録
され始めました。

今後どんな運用になるのか？　ですが・・・
