P3D シミュレーションに基づく予想軌道要素

Dear Friends,

Based on the most recent simulation data from ArianeSpace, here are our
prospective P3D osculating keplerian elements assuming lift-off at
2000 Nov 15 [Wed] 0107 utc:

The 435.450 MHz PSK beacon is programmed to come on at MA=59 (/256). This
equates to ~3 hours after lift-off, 0407:10 utc plus launch delay offset.

There are at least five other objects in this launch; ranging will resolve
which is P3D within a few orbits.

"P3D", "26999" and "00320X" are temporary identifiers.
