[jamsat-bb:16641] PCSAT2 on 145.825

次のスクールコンタクトが行われる 3月28日(火) まで、PCSAT2 は
145.825 MHz 上で送受信が行えます。下記は管制局からの私信です。

i.e.
Just connect using 145.825 TX & RX to PCSAT2 using
AX.25.  No commands needed. Just connect, turns on
the 10m to UHF xponder.
