本日(11/7) 夜23時台の UWE-1 からは何も聞こえてきませんでした。
その旨を管制局にレポートしたところ、即、Res が返ってきました。

Dear Mineo Wakita,

thanks for your efforts taken to track our satellite.
UWE-1 went into a recharging mode. To speed up the recharging,
we do not send any beacons in this mode.
This is the reason why you couldn'd hear it.
After recharging, the beacons are swithed on again.
