Yes it was a very good fair, but entirely different to Dayton.

In my opinion, although not as big as Dayton, the S/N ratio is much higher,
and certainly in that respect it was better IMHO.

The cost of second hand equipment is about half of that at Dayton or in the
UK, and it is usually in top condition. It is difficult to tell if anyoine
ever used it in most cases.

What was interesting was that there are some quite esoteric special interest
groups thriving, such as 6m AM groups - there were three different 6m AM
groups that I found.

A pilgrimage to Akihabara is also essential. There is nothing on the Earth
like it to within one or possibly two orders of magnitude.

Highly recommended. The amount that I saved on second hand bits easily pays
for an airfare.
