[jamsat-bb:10500] PCsat "s" and "hi"

衛星PCsat の 謎の "CW" 音が判明しました。 皆様の報告のとおり、文字
の "s" , "hi" の２種類が連続して、"shi" のように３分毎に送信されて
いるということです。本日(12/15)の Bob Bruninga (PCsat管制局)による
配信原稿に書かれていました。

"hi" は、"こんにちは" ということだと思うのですが、"s" の意味してい
る "historical letter" とは何なのでしょうか？
