[jamsat-bb:5071] StenSatは動作不調

StenSatは、OPALから放出されたことは間違いないのですが、実際に
衛星が生きているかどうかということになると、世界のどこからも
確かなレポートがないという状態です。

StenSatの管制を担当している Hankが amsat-bbに書いているように
これまでによせられたレポートは、どうやらアップリンクのDTMF信号の
スプリアスをダウンリンクと勘違いしていたという結論のようです。
今夜帰ったら、StenSatにリセットのコマンドを送ってみると書いています。

Since Sunday morning, there have been no positive signal reports of 
anything being heard from StenSat.

Oh well,  I am now almost totally convinced that the positive reception 
reports that we were receiving on Friday and Saturday were actually false 
reports caused by spurious local reception of ground stations uplink 
transmission attempts.

I will try issuing a Reset command to StenSat tonight after I get home from 
work.
