スタンフォードの Jamieが、amsat-bbに流していた情報です。

日本時間の今夜に予定されていたOPALからのピコサテライトの
放出は、延期されました。次回のチャンスは今のところ未定です。

9日午後のパス（スタンフォード時間）で、先に放出されていた
アエロスペースのピコサテライトとアエロスペース社の間で
コネクトができなかったため、明朝（日本時間では今夜）は
彼らがスタンフォード研究所（SRI）の Big Dishを使うことに
なったためだそうです。
おそらく彼らは、明日の午後も使うだろうから、次のStenSat等を
放出できるチャンスはよくわからない、ということです。

Unfortunately, we are postponing the picosat launch.  We
will not have access to the SRI Dish tomorrow AM and 
therefore don't have adequate means to fire the picos.
Hopefully, we will get access tomorrow PM but I am not
too confident of that.  Aerospace was unable to contact
their picos today during the PM passes and will therefore
use the dish tomorrow AM to work them.  I suspect they
want/need the dish tomorrow PM too.

Sorry for the delay.  We're working hard here to
get them out as soon as possible.  Thanks for your help.
