[jamsat-bb:5031] StenSａｔ放出 2/6朝 の予定 & OPAL送信機の故障

StenSATは、いまのところスタンフォードの現地時間で2月6日（日）の午前の
パスで、なんといいますかメクラ発射とでもいいましょうか、とにかく
行われる予定です。
StenSatは、現在もまだ OPAL に収納されたままです。ところがOPALの送信機
が故障してしまい、OPALの信号を地上で受信できなくなっています。
しかし、OPALの受信機はちゃんと生きているようなので、とにかく地上から
ピコサテライトを放出するコマンドをOPALに送ってみるという方針です。
私のところでは、昨日（2月5日）の 09:47z にOPALからのパケットを
受信したのが最後でした。

It appears that OPAL's transmitter is failing. So, Stanford will attempt
to release the picosatellites tomorrow (Sunday, February 6) during an early
morning pass over Stanford's Big Dish. See the message below for more details.
