G7UPN、Chrisが UoSAT-12のテレメトリとその解読プログラムについての
情報を amsat-bbに書いていました。

以前から、UoSAT系のアマチュア衛星のテレメトリをデコードするには
DTLMというソフトウェアが必要でした。それは AMSAT-UKの頒布品
であり、頒布されていた時期のバージョンは現在となってはもう古く、
TMSATや UoSAT-12では使えませんでした。
今回、DTLMのメジャーバージョンが上がり、（細かいことを言うと
v4.xxxから v5.xxxになっています）、ETLMモードというモードが
追加になっています。
あいにく、今回、ドキュメントはついていません。DTLMを終了させたときに
表示されるコマンドオプション一覧が手がかりです。
残念ながら、私はこのソフトウェアの使い方について日本語で書かれた
説明書や記事を知りません。

UoSAT-12の立ち上げ作業は、順調に進んでいます。ただ、サレーの上空を
UoSAT-12が通過する時間が、だんだん朝早い時間帯になってきたので、
進み具合は少しずつゆっくりになってきています。
UoSAT-12は、来週、食に入るため、電力事情が悪くなります。そのため、
同時にオンにしておけるペイロードの数を減らさなければなりません。
そういったことも、作業の進み具合を遅くすることのひとつの要因に
なっています。
