I also received today the very strong TX_signals from TO-31
in Dec 20, 01:26-01:41UTC with 436.932-436.914MHz(9600bps FSK).
Today it was indicated the correct time stamp.
But uplink was 'SHUT'.
I have alredy saved the raw KISS '01220tms.zip' file(380Kb)
in my Home_Page.
