　MIRのSSTVの状況です。
　jamsat-sarexに配信されているWF1Fの「Mir Amateur Radio Status:  Dec 2,
1998」によると、来週（6日の週）、SSTVの接続作業が行なわれるようです。こ
れに伴いPMS（パケットシステム）をPRIRODAモジュールからMIR-Coreモジュール
へ移動するためPMSが停止するとアナウンスしています。

　近々にSSTVの運用が始まるものと思われます。ご興味のある方はjamsat-sarex
にsubscribeをされてはどうでしょうか。最新情報が得られます。

SSTV Status:
The Energia engineering team may have time next week to instruct the Mir
crew on the installation of the SSTV system.  MAREX-NA sent the crew the
cable installation instructions via packet a few weeks ago.  The cable
installation is complex.  The existing PMS system needs to be
moved from the PRIRODA module to the Mir-Core module.  Both the SSTV and
the PMS will
be sharing the same antenna.  MAREX-NA has delivered all of the required
cables, filter etc.
to complete the connections.  It is very important that all of the
connections are made correctly.
It is possible there may be additional PMS down time next week while the
SSTV is being installed.
