Hi Mineo,

I believe the keps you indicated in your recent email for CUTE-I are
incorrect. I confirmed that I am tracking AOS/LOS for CUTE-I and
Cubesat XI-IV this morning. Here with the keps I am using to listen
for CanX-1 are what I used for CUTE-I and Cubesat XI-IV:

CUTE-1
1 27844U 03031E 03211.45348448 .00000202 00000-0 11519-3 0 264
2 27844 98.7222 217.9569 0009131 211.1502 148.9140 14.20049848 4227
CANX-1
1 27847U 03031H 03210.45785452 .00000210 00000-0 11826-3 0 211
2 27847 98.7254 217.0020 0008834 198.8172 161.2680 14.20502375 4036
CUBESAT XI-IV
1 27848U 03031J 03210.46956458 .00000180 00000-0 10554-3 0 98
2 27848 98.7208 216.9662 0008933 219.2281 140.8296 14.19923595 4085

Here is some of the TLM I copied from CUTE-I to confirm AOS/LOS of
it's signal.

cute 63 a4 72 80 e2 ff ff 47 20 ff ff 77 89
cute 64 a4 72 80 e0 ff ff 47 20 ff ff 79 88
cute 66 a5 72 80 df ff ff 47 20 ff ff 78 88
cute 60 a7 72 80 e8 ff ff 47 20 ff ff 76 88

Based on my observations CUTE-I could not possibly be NORAD 27847 as
it's TLM was not heard coming over the horizon until ~8 minutes after
27847 had passed. Can someone else confirm my observations?
