NORAD により、(衛星の軌道要素は) 水曜日(12/4) に変更された。軌道要素が
公開されている全ての地域を通じて検証されると思う。 もし、元期 338 より
も古い軌道要素を使っているならば、まだ問題があるであろう。

この観測は、距離が離れている Alsat衛星の (GPS and NavMag) 搭載ナビゲー
ションセンサーにより確認されている。我々は 3.7m ディッシュを用いて追尾
しているが、正しい衛星 (Mozhayets) を追尾しているか少し疑念がある...
