[jamsat-bb:5049] OPAL: 切り離しは今夜

OPALの管制を担当しているスタンフォードの Jamieが、amsat-bbに
書いていた内容を紹介します。

StenSatとJAKのOPALからの切り離しは、日本時間の今夜（10日）、
22:00か23:45頃になる予定です。

もしまたOPALの送信機からスプリアスが出ていたら、管制局では
衛星にログインしてテレメトリから切り離しの成否を確認できない
けれども、とにかく切り離しのコマンドは送信する、またコマンドを
送ったらメールでお知らせする、ということです。

明日の作業は、またスタンフォード研究所（SRI)のBig Dishを
使って行われます。リグは現地にセットしたままになっており、
古いFT-736Rに代えて、IC-821も用意したとか。

We are currently scheduled to release STENSAT and JAK tomorrow
morning during the early passes over Stanford, CA.  We will
again be using SRI's big dish to communicate with Opal.  If
the spurious tone is present on Opal's transmitter, we will
be unable to confirm pico launch through telemetry.  We can,
however, still command the launch.  We will send out email
when we send the fire commands.  The passes tomorrow are around
05:00 and 6:45 PST.

We're setting up equipment at the dish yet.  Just bought a
new ICOM 821 to replace our old Yaesu 736R. 

Thanks again for all your support.  We look forward to hearing
who hears the picos first!
