[jamsat-bb:5032] StenSatの放出は今夜（日本時間）

先ほどの [jamsat-bb 5031]と内容がだぶりますが、
StenSatの管制を担当している Hank N4AFLが次のように
amsat-bbに書いています。
日本時間の今夜、米東海岸のスタンフォードの上空で
OPALは６つのピコ・サテライトを放出します。
以前は、ピコ・サテライトを放出する順番があるような
ことが書いてあったこともありましたが、どうやら
一気に６つを放出するように文章からは読めます。
切り離されたあとのピコ・サテライトの軌道要素が
どうなるかはよくわかりませんので、とりあえずOPALの
軌道要素で代用するしかないでしょう。
StenSatとArtemisはどちらも 1200bps AFSKで送信します。
周波数はStenSatが 436.625MHz、アルテミスは 437.1MHzです。
アルテミスは、この周波数でCWの送信も行います。
要約
私は、スタンフォードから、OPAL側の送信機の問題のため、
日曜日（２月６日）の朝、スタンフォードの上空を通るパスで
６つのピコ・サテライトを切り離す計画であると聞きました。
私の想像では、切り離しは早朝 05:40PST（仰角47度）のパス
だと思います。
StenSatは、放出されたあとすくなくとも１〜２時間は太陽光が
当たって充電されれば、自然に目を覚まし、1200bps AFSK AX.25の
パケットを５秒置きに、またCWによるIDを４分間に１回送信する
はずです。StenSatのダウンリンクは 436.625MHz、アップリンクは
145.84MHzです。もしテレメトリを受信できたら、我々に知らせて
ください。
一方、アルミテスのほうは、437.10MHzで CWと1200bps AX.25 AFSKの
パケットを送信します。

Hi all,
I just informed by Stanford that because of problems with OPAL's
transmitter that Stanford plans to attempt a release of the six
picosatellites (Aerospace, Artemis, StenSat) during a Sunday morning
(February 6) pass over Stanford. My guess is that Stanford will attempt
the release during the early morning 05:40 am PST (47 degrees elevation)
pass over Stanford's Big Dish antenna.
StenSat will probably need at least one or two hours of exposure to
sunlight before StenSat wakes up and starts transmitting 1200 baud AX.25
AFSK packet telemetry every 5 seconds and a Morse code ID every four
minutes.
StenSat can be PING'ed the following standard telephone touch tone DTMF
commands:
#7464464 - (# key followed by the digits) to ping a packet once
#7370563 - to report an extended packet.
StenSat's uplink frequencies is 145.84 MHz and the downlink is 436.625
MHz. Please send us any telemetry.
Also note that the Artemis picosatellites will be on 437.1 MHz (CW and 1200
baud AX.25 AFSK).
