[jamsat-bb:5018] Re: 8J1RL and RS-13

Prague

15m uplink + 10m downlink
 2m uplink

Hello Daniel,

Since I had announced about RS-13 QSO in jamsat-bb, I received
a few mail for RS-13 KA mode. You may contact at an early date
with e-mail or satellite.

8J1RL, has informed us in JA satellite news that his stay in
Antarctica has been extended until February 5, 2000. He may be
available for contact with stations in North Amercia via OSCAR-10
during the following mutual visibility windows:
Do you live in Czechoslovakia ?

30-Jan-00: 1221-1345 UTC
31-Jan-00: 1015-1315 UTC
01-Feb-00: 1015-1130 UTC
02-Feb-00: 0530-0930 UTC
03-Feb-00: 0400-0911 UTC
04-Feb-00: 0315-0900 UTC

Well, we may be difficult to send directly e-mail to 8J1RL.
Due to some reply in jamsat-bb, the electric circuit in Antarctica
is thin, therfore e-mail is limited by permission.

But I sent indirectly your mail for Antarctica, so you might have
a reply from 8J1RL in the near future.

Dear Mineo,

Thank you for your help. I am looking
forward to receive some mail fro JA
concerning the RS-13. Today I have been
on the RS-13 a heard the beacon while
tha satellite was over JA, at the same time
I heard my own signal on the 10 m downlink
while transmitting on the 15 m uplink.
So the QSO is possible for JA stations
using only the 2m uplink. It is only a matter
of arranging a schedule and favourable
HF propagation.

Yes I live in Czech Republic ( former Czechoslovakia ).
My QTH is a very small village ( 25 people ) about
50km NW from Prague - the capital city.
Once again thank you so much for your
commitment in this case.

73 ! Dan / OK1DIG
