[jamsat-bb:4810] FO-29 CW Telemetry Format



衛星FO-29のCWテレメトリのフォーマットについて、外国局から問い合わせが
ありました。 次のJARLのホームページをもとに基本の所を和訳し、メールを
送りました。(このホームページの記載ミスの部分は訂正しました。)
最後にサンプルの計算例を載せてあります。参考まで。

Solar Current 123*9.804 = 1206[mA]

91(hexadecimal) is 145(decimal),so 4C(format) is
Battery Voltage 145*0.10761 = 15.6[V]

And so on.
