[jamsat-bb:4810] FO-29 CW Telemetry Format
衛星FO-29のCWテレメトリのフォーマットについて、外国局から問い合わせが
ありました。 次のJARLのホームページをもとに基本の所を和訳し、メールを
送りました。(このホームページの記載ミスの部分は訂正しました。)
最後にサンプルの計算例を載せてあります。参考まで。
