[jamsat-bb:4681] SO-33 status Sep.20

I heard only one frame at Sep.20, 23:58:19z with SGS20 program,
then 437.910MHzFSK, 9600bps, KISSmode.
I have already sent a detailed report of the telemetry data to
SEDSAT team.  The following are nominal data from them and the
recent comparisons.
