Conditions yesterday ( Saturday ) and today were extremely bad.
Around 1245Z I came across 145.891 MHz and heard him, called him, worked
him, asked him to stay on frequency, made a phone call ( DJ5MN : no
response ),
DG2SBW, he came on worked him.
When I worked him my window was only open for 20 more minutes and his
signal came up nicely towards the end. I put him in the DXCluster, but I
think the time was too short ( sunday afternoon 1500 local )
