G7UPN Chris からの情報で、UoSAT-12 を載せたドニエプルの
打ち上げは予定どおり 05:00zに行われ、打ち上げは成功、
UoSAT-12もテイクオフから 877秒後に切り離し成功とのことです。

流れてくる情報を見る限り、予定通り順調のようです。
UoSAT-12のスイッチONは、12:00z（日本時間の夜9時）で
ダウンリンクの周波数は 437.400 MHz、変調は 9600bpsFSKです。
ただし、AX.25ではありません。Asyncです。
