一昨日配信された Space News でも OZ1MY が、AO-10 のダウンリンク信号が不安定
になっていることを報じています。これまでの経験から、恐らく衛星の姿勢による
日照量不足が原因であろうと推測し、今後「休眠状態」に向かうのではないかと言っ
ています。

On the evening of 1999-Jan-28, Ib Christoffersen, OZ1MY, observed some
frequency modulation of AMSAT-OSCAR-10's downlink signal.  This instability
may be an indication that the satellite is entering a period of insufficient
sunlight to maintain proper transponder operation.  Such periods are seasonal
in nature.
